INTERNSHIP SELECTION PROCESS

1. Each application will be reviewed by the MAT Board before you are selected for the interview process.

2. If you are selected for the interview, each candidate will interview with ONE board member on the interview date that is confirmed with you. All candidates will be interviewed on the Saturday at one location.

3We have internships open at various advertising/marketing companies throughout the LA area and in various departments. Your interview will help us to determine if we will be able to match you in an internship and what the best opportunity for you will be based on your skill set and interest.

4. If your MAT interview goes well, then we will match you up for an internship.  ****Please note you are not automatically accepted into the program or hired for an internship until the agency confirms. The agencies/companies make the final decision on hiring candidates.****
